As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Senior Client Account Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client relationships in the B2C segment, ensuring we meet their investment needs and strategically identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Understand clients' investment needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and present feedback, proposals, and product ideas.

Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations.

Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs, share feedback, and drive customer success.

Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards and manage risk when conducting regulated activities.

Attend training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of our products and services.

Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in client account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.

Experience in finance, brokerage, wealth management, asset management, or insurance industry preferred.

Existing network of mass affluent and high net-worth individuals is desirable.

Strong understanding of investment products across traditional and alternative spaces.

Familiarity with client execution processes in different product classes is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.

Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or trading platforms.

Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to fast-changing circumstances.

Blockchain, a prominent software platform for digital assets, is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Designer to join their expanding global team in either Paris or London. As the most senior member of the Product Design team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing product visions to life for users. You will drive innovative enhancements to the accessibility and utility of the product suite, shaping the future of financial technology.

Responsibilities:

Lead product design efforts across retail offerings including Explorer, Wallet, and Brokerage Exchange.

Collaborate with design teams and contribute innovative ideas.

Engage in all design phases from conceptualization to prototyping.

Partner with various stakeholders to define and implement product strategies.

Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to key stakeholders.

Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms.

Requirements:

Profound knowledge of Web3 and crypto platforms.

Minimum 5 years of consumer experience design; experience in Web3 space preferable.

Strong integrity and dedication to Blockchain values.

Experience in designing and launching consumer-oriented web and mobile products.

Excellent visual (UI) and interaction (UX) design skills with effective written communication.

Ability to tackle complex issues with simple solutions.

Previous experience with B2C web and mobile applications.
