About the Role
As part of our team, you will focus on enhancing and fine-tuning core algorithmic models within marketing settings, encompassing user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimations, and traffic distribution strategies. Your responsibilities will involve creating and implementing precision marketing models, including predictions for click-through rates, conversion rates, lifetime value forecasting, and channel attribution analysis. Utilizing user data and business objectives, you will design data-driven strategies for acquiring, retaining, and re-engaging users. Your role will also entail continuous validation and refinement of performance through A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis. Strong collaboration with data, product, and operational teams will be essential to effectively integrate these algorithms into Binance's marketing systems to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop core algorithm models in marketing contexts to enhance efficiency and conversion rates, focusing on user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation strategies.
- Construct precise marketing models such as CTR/CVR prediction, LTV forecasting, and channel attribution analysis, grounded in user profiles, real-time behavioral data, and business objectives.
- Generate algorithm strategies driven by data for optimizing user acquisition, retention, and repurchase to boost user growth and operational effectiveness.
- Understand business requirements thoroughly, continuously monitor algorithm performance, and optimize models through methods like A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis for ongoing enhancement and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with data, product, and operations teams to implement algorithms seamlessly into marketing systems and support user growth initiatives effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant fields with a strong foundation in algorithms and programming.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Scala, Java) and familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
- Strong comprehension of machine learning algorithms (e.g., LR, GBDT, DNN), common marketing models (e.g., Uplift Model, Lookalike), and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficient with SQL/Hive, experienced in large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
- In-depth understanding of user growth, ad placement, and e-commerce marketing scenarios to design algorithm solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work autonomously, and effective communication and collaboration within a team.
