Digital Growth DevRels Engineer
As a Developer Relations Engineer and Educator/Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience of Gno developers and contributing to the expansion of the Gno ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging educational content, fostering a community of learners, and equipping developers with the knowledge and tools to kickstart their projects in Gno. Working closely with the Gno engineering and developer experience teams, you will immerse yourself in the Gno technology, translating complex concepts into tutorials, explainers, and course materials. Success in this role necessitates a balance of technical proficiency, effective communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning, education, and community building.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality educational materials, such as tutorials, technical explainers, documentation, and course content, tailored to various proficiency levels within the developer community.
- Curriculum Development: Create structured learning paths to enhance developers' understanding and skills in Gno.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Gno technology to deliver accurate and pertinent education materials and address inquiries effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product and project managers, and growth teams to align educational strategies with the overarching objectives of expanding the ecosystem.
- Analytics and Metrics: Utilize a data-driven approach in content development by implementing key performance indicators to showcase the impact and growth of the educational content and the developer ecosystem.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Golang
- Proficiency in creating tutorials, technical guides, and educational content
- Background in computer science or engineering with a focus on software development
- Prior experience in assessing the impact of content creation
- Strong written communication and verbal presentation skills for videos or live workshops
- Track record of open-source contributions

- Experience in blockchain technology
- Academic background in teaching computer science or engineering subjects
