Earn Growth Specialist (Marketing, BD & Ops)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in daily operations relating to Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yield & Simple Earn marketing, business development, growth, and product operations.
• Strategize campaign schedules and oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns.
• Identify and pursue collaborative marketing opportunities with external partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless product operations and successful implementation of marketing plans.
• Analyze data to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth strategies.
• Oversee regional, VIP, and protocols expansion, and manage growth pipeline from end to end.
• Act as the Direct Responsible Person (DRP) or Point of Contact (POC) for growth initiatives and major partnership deals with Ecosystem protocols and partners.
• Regularly devise marketing and growth strategies with the team to enhance Total Value Locked (TVL) for Liquid Staking & Simple Earn.
• Assist in addressing and resolving any issues concerning Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yield & Simple Earn by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, operations, or product growth within the crypto, DeFi, or related industries.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of independently executing campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Preferably exhibit experience in cross-functional collaboration within large teams and managing partner relationships.
• Exhibit a strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Showcase a proactive, self-learning approach, ability to work independently, and resolve problems comprehensively as the DRP/POC.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment with evolving demands driven by market and business dynamics.
• Maintain high levels of organization, comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional logical thinking, communication skills, and presentation abilities.
• Show attention to detail, self-motivation, and a quick learning curve.
• Possess a keen interest and in-depth knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products, platforms, and ecosystems, with familiarity with the Binance ecosystem being advantageous.
