What You’ll Be Doing

  • Establish and oversee the Risk Actions team at OKX
  • Collaborate with product and organizational objectives, and engage closely with management and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes
  • Define a long-term technical roadmap for the team aligned with the Risk Engineering organization
  • Lead system design and technical solutions for business services and tools

What We Look For In You

  • 8+ years of industry experience, with 3-5 years in people management leading small teams

  • Proficiency in Java, with an even split of 50% management and 50% hands-on responsibilities
  • Sound grasp of system design, coding, and code review, particularly during releases, with a results-driven, data-centric approach

OKX Statement

The salary range for this position falls between $235,000 to $330,000. Compensation offered will vary based on multiple factors such as relevant expertise, skills, experience, and market location. The package may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, as well as health, financial, and other benefits.
