Token Metrics seeks a dynamic and creative UI/UX Designer to enhance the user interface and experience of our digital assets. As the UI/UX Designer, you will play a vital role in optimizing usability, usefulness, and visual design. By staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends, you will deliver adaptive and innovative solutions to UI/UX design problems.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed research on user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and formulating a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our brand.
- Creating high-quality UX design solutions including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing the effectiveness of UI elements like CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team and both internal and external designers to create customized user experiences.
- Providing guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Ensuring adherence to style standards for typography and graphic design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven entrepreneurial experience – Ideally, you’ve built a startup before (even if it failed).
Deep Web3 or AI expertise – Hands-on experience in AI, blockchain, or fintech is a must.
Strong problem-solving mindset – Ability to pivot, adapt, and execute in fast-changing environments.
Leadership & Vision – You’re a self-starter who can drive a business forward.
