By the second month, the budget will increase to $50K, allowing us to bring on additional talent, such as frontend and backend developers. By the third month, the budget will reach $100K, enabling us to further expand the team with roles such as security experts and smart contract developers. After six months, we anticipate securing additional funding, which will provide us with a more substantial budget to offer competitive salaries to both junior and senior developers.
