Role Overview
Seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis at Uniswap Labs. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Finance, Accounting, and Functional Leads departments, providing comprehensive visibility across the organization. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to transform analysis into actionable insights, communicate findings to stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will have blockchain industry experience, strong financial modeling capabilities, and excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close reporting and analysis
- Update the company's financial model consistently
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create precise forecasts, optimize spend, and analyze historical data
- Establish and maintain financial dashboards and reports
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making
- Offer data-driven solutions to address business challenges
- Keep abreast of industry trends in the blockchain and crypto sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA advantageous
- Over 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience, ideally within the blockchain or tech industries
- Profound understanding and interest in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical teams
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starting with the capacity to work independently on multiple projects
- Track record of working in a dynamic, high-growth startup setting
- Willingness to be hands-on and holistic in contributing to company success
Desirable qualifications
- CFA, CPA, or related professional certifications
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
- Exposure to data analytics and programming in SQL and Python
Salary range from $144,000 to $176,000 per annum. Adhering to New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Uniswap Labs offers additional compensation elements like equity, tokens, and benefits based on position types for Full-Time employees.
