Token Metrics is seeking a proficient Senior QA Engineer to lead the Quality Assurance team and ensure the successful testing of software and products. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, creating test documentation, identifying defects, and assessing QA reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise to maintain the QA department's efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with software/product designers to establish QA parameters.
Guiding the QA team in formulating test procedures and frameworks.
Supervising the creation of testing documentation.
Enforcing testing protocols and supervising the QA process.
Addressing quality issues and adjusting test procedures.
Performing analysis on product specifications.
Reviewing QA reports and pinpointing areas needing improvement.
Assuring successful product launches.
Responding to requests from the design team and management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience as a QA Engineer.
