Job Responsibilities:

High school diploma required.
Must be located in Sofia.
Previous experience in a customer support role is essential; fintech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Understanding of the company’s business, technical aspects, and organizational structure.
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact both internally and externally.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and in a team.
Displays integrity, initiative, discretion, and respect for others.
Interest in financial technologies and services with the motivation to excel in the role.
Proficiency in English and German languages.
Computer literacy is a must.
