Job Responsibilities:

- Handles incoming and outgoing communications with current and potential customers.

- Resolves product or service issues by identifying the root cause, explaining solutions, and ensuring resolution.

- Updates customer records and provides recommendations for products or services.
- Prepares reports based on customer information as needed.
- Collaborates with team members and other departments to deliver quality customer service.
- Manages changes and goes the extra mile to engage customers.
- Executes additional tasks related to the above responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Must be located in Sofia.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is essential; fintech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of the company’s business, technical aspects, and organizational structure.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and in a team.
- Displays integrity, initiative, discretion, and respect for others.
- Interest in financial technologies and services with the motivation to excel in the role.
- Proficiency in English and German languages.
- Computer literacy is a must.
