Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Must be located in Sofia.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is essential; fintech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the company’s business, technical aspects, and organizational structure.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and in a team.
  • Displays integrity, initiative, discretion, and respect for others.
  • Interest in financial technologies and services with the motivation to excel in the role.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
