About the Role: 

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries for our forex trading platform, process KYC applications, and support various operational tasks to ensure excellent user experience. This is a part-time, fully remote position.

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customer service operations, including user inquiries, withdrawal processing, KYC verification, bug reporting, and updating Q&A information
  • Understand and adhere to policies and procedures of global customer support, ensuring high-quality support is provided to users in accordance with company standards
  • Create and post customer announcements as required
  • Monitor and respond to messages on platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp
  • Provide customer support related to forex (knowledge of crypto is a plus)
  • During business hours, assist with creating help center articles, checking payment statuses, and editing or revising FAQ pages

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in forex, trading platforms, or financial services
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet, able to create basic to advance formulas 
  • Familiarity with forex trading platforms or financial services operations

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience supporting customers in forex or financial trading platforms
  • Knowledge of crypto and blockchain (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Japanese Speaking (good to have)
