Growth Marketing Manager

Figment, the leading provider of blockchain infrastructure, is seeking a performance marketing professional with expertise in advertising analytics and fintech. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth through data-driven strategies, persuasive ad copy, and funnel optimization. You will research industry trends, manage customer acquisition and retention goals, develop a demand generation strategy, coordinate performance marketing campaigns, analyze campaign data, and represent Figment positively. The ideal candidate has experience in paid search and digital channels, performance marketing, persuasive copywriting, customer data analysis, and project management. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, work ethic, and a growth mindset are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on industry developments and trends
- Manage customer acquisition and retention goals, focusing on paid media, affiliate marketing, and SEM
- Collaborate with product marketing to drive product adoption through the customer journey
- Develop a demand generation strategy using content marketing, organic growth strategies, partner marketing, and paid acquisition
- Plan and coordinate performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels
- Provide regular performance reports based on marketing attribution and measurement platforms
- Build new marketing programs based on top performers
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for optimization
- Promote Figment and collaborate with potential industry partners and influencers
- Test and experiment with different channel mix to maximize payback
- Uphold Figment's values and mission in all interactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in paid search and digital channels
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, advertising analytics, and reporting
- Experience in a tech company or digital marketing agency working with brands in financial services or fintech
- Strong copywriting skills for persuasive digital ads
- Experience analyzing customer data and product usage patterns for growth opportunities
- Knowledge and expertise in paid campaign management, growth marketing, and partner marketing
- Strong project management and collaboration skills in a remote global team environment
- Comfortable with experimentation and testing new campaign ideas
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Figma, Notion, Beepro
- Experience with Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo
Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is USD $80,000- $135,000. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed during the first interview.
