Growth Marketing Manager, Gulf Binance

Gulf Binance is searching for a Growth Marketing Manager who will drive growth, generate interest, and increase awareness of Gulf Binance, our product suite, and the wider Cryptocurrency industry. Working as part of a small, dynamic team, this role will be responsible for expanding our brand reach by developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement targeted online and offline marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns tailored to the local audience
• Expand our user base and increase visibility of the Gulf Binance brand through engaging and innovative strategies
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and performance measurement
• Conduct insight-driven tests and experiments on different channels to drive growth and engagement
• Stay informed on local trends, communities, and news to have a pulse on the market
• Explore new opportunities to enhance brand recognition and stay abreast of evolving marketing trends
• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Thai SEC for all marketing activities in Thailand

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing marketing strategies, ideally within the tech, internet, or e-commerce sectors with a focus on B2C
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with uncertainty
• Strong understanding of the Thai market
• Fluent in written and spoken Thai, and proficient in English
• Excellent communication skills to represent Binance externally
• Data-driven decision-making approach with a focus on user needs
• Ability to plan and manage integrated campaigns using both in-house resources and external agency partners
• Knowledge of social media and paid channels data analytics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in various marketing channels, including social media, community management, and event coordination
• Genuine interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
