Shape the visual language and interaction design of our platform by creating beautiful, user-centered interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. You'll craft design systems, prototype experiences, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production. Responsibilities:

Project Presentation:
 Create engaging presentations or pitches about the platform’s features (e.g., betting on events, oracle integration, rewards) for social media, Discord, Telegram, or webinars.
Record Videos: Produce short promotional videos (1-3 minutes) demoing the platform, explaining prediction mechanics, or sharing success stories; post on YouTube, TikTok, X, or project channels.
Participate in AMAs: Join live Ask Me Anything sessions (1-2 hours weekly) to answer community questions, highlight updates, and build trust as a knowledgeable advocate.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and maintain React.js software components with a strong focus on usability and user experience.

Collaborate with Product Managers to align product requirements, anticipate risks, and propose scalable solutions.

Communicate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, developers, and end-users) to ensure visibility into product quality and progress.

Participate in code reviews, supporting best practices and identifying potential quality issues.

Identify, document, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.

🎯 Must-Haves

Solid experience with React.js and UX practices.

Strong background in software quality (testing, documentation, defect analysis).

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams.

Some experience with .NET.

English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).

About the role:

The Senior Motion Designer collaborates closely with product, graphic, and 3D designers to craft mesmerizing motion and visual elements utilized across various products and web interfaces. Working within a small visual team, this role holds significant influence over the visual identity of widely-used services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Explore and suggest novel ways to incorporate motion into the application and website experiences

Apply motion design across all product levels, spanning micro-interactions, data visualizations, icons, and illustrations

Enhance existing static elements with dynamic animations

Choose appropriate tools for specific tasks and seamlessly transition between them

Develop files in a clear and shareable manner

Establish efficient workflows to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously

Collaborate with different teams, generate concepts, present work, handle timelines, and gather feedback

Coordinate with developers to accurately implement animations and motion graphics

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional motion designer

Strong interest in and knowledge of contemporary visual culture

Proficient in After Effects and adept at modern tools like Cavalry, Rive, and web-based animation platforms (GSAP, CSS, etc.)

Competence in the Adobe suite and experience with LottieFiles and animation preparation for developers

Familiarity with fundamental concepts of Figma
