Institutional Sales Manager - APAC
The role within the institutional sales team offers an exciting opportunity for you to build and manage your institutional and high-net-worth clientele. Your journey will involve onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, as well as customizing unique crypto products for clients. If you are part of the operations team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the growth of our expanding infrastructure.
Key Highlights of Your Role:
- Develop and manage your institutional and high-net-worth clientele within the rapidly growing crypto and blockchain industry.
- Take the lead in identifying and approaching institutional leads, and pride yourself on accomplishments like onboarding clients to their first crypto instruments and creating innovative crypto products.
- Customize and tailor crypto products for institutional clients, with the opportunity to introduce new financial services offerings tailored to client interests.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage institutional client leads.
- Understand client needs and propose relevant crypto products.
- Represent the company at conferences to engage with institutional players and promote our business products and services.
- Expand institutional reach through community outreach activities and participation in crypto community events.
- Stay updated on market and competitor trends within the crypto institutional space.
- Facilitate client or partnership agreements, as well as propose new crypto institutional offerings.
- Maintain ongoing communication with institutional clients, gather feedback, and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services sales, with exposure to various financial products.
- Preference given to candidates with a network and experience in the cryptocurrency space.
- Demonstrated success in initiating and nurturing business relationships, including acquiring institutional clients and driving results.
- Proficient in professional written and oral English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English language.
