Responsibilities:

Ensure continuous operation of the application in production environments.
Manage non-production environments like pre-production and staging.
Possess a deep understanding of application features and supported blockchains.
Collaborate closely with application and infrastructure engineers to facilitate smooth deployments to production environments.
Implement fixes, enhancements, and optimizations on applications and infrastructure as necessary.
Proactively identify and address any issues that may affect production uptime, scalability, or responsiveness.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and address application alerts and incidents.
Engage in incident and problem management, ensuring proper follow-up after resolution.
Enhance monitoring tools and processes continuously.
Coordinate disaster recovery testing and audits.
Maintain and support blockchain infrastructure, with some DevOps knowledge preferred.
For senior roles, engage in stakeholder communication regarding application issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages like Rust, Javascript, Node.js, or Golang.
Previous experience in supporting applications.
Keen attention to detail coupled with strong analytical abilities.
Comfortable analyzing logs and adept at spotting irregularities and inconsistencies.
Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to problem identification and root cause analysis, with effective communication skills for sharing findings.
Experience deploying in various cloud environments (Azure, Google, Amazon).
Proficiency in building, deploying, and maintaining monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Experience with deploying and managing container infrastructures (e.g., Kubernetes, docker-compose).
Experience with building, deploying, and maintaining logging tools (e.g., Fluentd, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
