Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous operation of the application in production environments.
- Manage non-production environments like pre-production and staging.

- Implement fixes, enhancements, and optimizations on applications and infrastructure as necessary.

- Engage in incident and problem management, ensuring proper follow-up after resolution.
- Enhance monitoring tools and processes continuously.
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and audits.
- Maintain and support blockchain infrastructure, with some DevOps knowledge preferred.
- For senior roles, engage in stakeholder communication regarding application issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Rust, Javascript, Node.js, or Golang.
- Previous experience in supporting applications.
- Keen attention to detail coupled with strong analytical abilities.
- Comfortable analyzing logs and adept at spotting irregularities and inconsistencies.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to problem identification and root cause analysis, with effective communication skills for sharing findings.
- Experience deploying in various cloud environments (Azure, Google, Amazon).
- Proficiency in building, deploying, and maintaining monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
