Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC due diligence reviews promptly and adhere to high-quality standards.
- Possess proficiency in compliance tools like World Check.
- Experience with Proof of Address, Enhanced Due Diligence is desirable.
- Thorough understanding of local laws, regulations, and emerging virtual currency policies is advantageous.
- Proficient in risk assessments, periodic reviews, open-source research, and enhanced due diligence.
- Develop positive relationships with Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- Familiarity with AML/CFT, sanctions red flags is preferred.
- Background in risk, compliance, fraud, operations, or regulatory roles is favored.
- Prior experience with World Check or KYC operations is advantageous.
- Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking and project coordination when needed.
- Effective and articulate communicator.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to interface with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
