Key Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC due diligence reviews promptly and adhere to high-quality standards.
• Possess proficiency in compliance tools like World Check.
• Experience with Proof of Address, Enhanced Due Diligence is desirable.
• Thorough understanding of local laws, regulations, and emerging virtual currency policies is advantageous.
• Proficient in risk assessments, periodic reviews, open-source research, and enhanced due diligence.
• Develop positive relationships with Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Participate in AML/CFT training programs and other relevant subjects as necessary.
• Undertake general administration and supplementary tasks aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, sanctions red flags is preferred.
• Background in risk, compliance, fraud, operations, or regulatory roles is favored.
• Prior experience with World Check or KYC operations is advantageous.
• Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking and project coordination when needed.
• Effective and articulate communicator.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to interface with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
