Role Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in KYC process management to guide a team in managing complex global KYC onboarding challenges.
• Lead a global team and delegate tasks in alignment with set OKRs and KPIs.
• Establish and monitor goals and KPI progress, linking individual objectives with departmental targets, and create compliance reports and productivity charts for the team.
• Apply data-driven approaches and thorough statistical analysis to detect onboarding trends, perform root cause analysis, and oversee compliance vendors' performance.
• Assist the compliance manager in responding to KYC queries during internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer onboarding roles with a strong understanding of pertinent rules, regulations, and daily KYC onboarding activities.
• Demonstrated success in leading remote teams of moderate to substantial size.
• Proficient in outsourcing management.
• Capable of executing high-quality risk assessments, remediating actions, periodic/trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence projects.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge KYC solutions and industry practices.
• Preferred qualifications include ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or their equivalents.
• Good comprehension of local laws, directives, and regulations that govern crypto/fiat licensed entities, and awareness of upcoming virtual currency policies are advantageous.
