Overview of Responsibilities:
- Lead the R&D for models by developing and training specialized LLMs tailored for trading, compliance, and Web3 data.
- Create advanced multi-agent systems merging search, RL, and LLM reasoning for practical tasks.
- Collaborate on the design of Web3 data lakes by working on ETL pipelines, vector stores, and real-time feeds.
- Work closely with product, compliance, and customer-support teams to implement models effectively in production.
- Identify new AI-Web3 applications, develop prototypes, and support their progression to scalability.
Required Qualifications:
- Outstanding academic background with a Master’s or PhD in ML, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of published work in prestigious conferences/journals in foundational LLMs, agent frameworks, or reasoning architectures.
- Extensive expertise in reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, or related paradigms. Bonus if you have experience building or extending agentic frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar tools. Capable of prototyping new model architectures from start to finish.
- Keen interest in finance engineering, blockchain protocols, on-chain data, DeFi mechanics, or regulatory environments.
