Role Overview
We are in search of a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This critical position requires expertise in infrastructure automation and management to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure tools and frameworks for our blockchain projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with developers to enhance software development processes, deploying infrastructure solutions, as well as monitoring and operating the overall system.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage automated infrastructure frameworks for blockchain networks and backend services.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to identify and resolve issues such as bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Create tools and pipelines to support testing, debugging, reporting, and monitoring for blockchain applications and networks.
- Monitor and respond to infrastructure issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Set up and uphold CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development and deployment workflow.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in infrastructure automation, particularly in blockchain or distributed systems.
- Proficient in infrastructure automation tools like AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Strong operational expertise and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized application (dApp) development.
- Experience with additional tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Helm is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams.
