Your mission

As a lead product designer located in Vienna, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial independence for our customers. At our company, we aim to create seamless experiences for users, removing barriers to financial opportunities and empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals.

Your role will involve overseeing the quality of design projects and designing aspects of the trading experience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and influence experience design projects for our broker, collaborating across teams and contributing to the overall business growth.
  • Take ownership of projects and UX initiatives, from ideation to implementation, conducting design sprints, user testing, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Mentor team members, enhance team capabilities, and build strong partnerships with delivery partners to explore mid- and long-term product opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and consistency of our products' experience by enhancing the design system.
  • Demonstrate the business value of design through measurable outcomes aligned with our company's vision and strategy.

Who you are

  • Possess comprehensive UX design skills, including UX research and content design capabilities, with the ability to work on projects independently.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to enhance the overall customer experience and provide valuable insights.
  • Analytically tackle complex problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and continually seek customer feedback and insights.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, proficient in English, and experienced in design tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
