Key Responsibilities:

Based in the Zug office with the option for partial remote work, the role involves advising Copper's executive teams, business stakeholders, and Legal and Compliance teams across Switzerland, Europe, and the Middle East on diverse legal and regulatory issues. Responsibilities include supporting license applications, engaging with regulatory bodies, guiding regulated businesses on governance and regulatory compliance, and contributing to the design of innovative and regulatory-compliant products and services in alignment with banking and financial services regulations.

  • Advice on legal matters, with emphasis on Swiss and EU regulatory law
