Lifecycle Manager (MENA)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage, retain, reactivate users, reduce churn, and expand the user base in the MENA region.
• Implement personalized and segmented marketing campaigns targeting users at various stages by analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics.
• Serve as the key liaison between the regional team and the global lifecycle team to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate campaign impact and optimize performance based on data insights.
• Establish a benchmarking framework to monitor KPIs and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data analytics.
• Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to align lifecycle marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns utilizing email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Keep informed about market trends, user behavior, and competition in the MENA region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or fintech sector.
• Deep understanding of the MENA market landscape and cultural factors.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
• Effective project management skills to deliver multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial for engaging with partners and stakeholders.
