Job Summary

BitGo is seeking to expand our Ecosystem Sales team at the Associate level, reporting to the Managing Director of the Ecosystem Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced business development professionals in financial services and cryptocurrency, with a focus on North/South America and European timezones.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Head of Ecosystem to manage client relationships.
Assist in ongoing deals by preparing presentations, proposals, and liaising with internal teams.
Conduct market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem.
Aid in developing new services targeting developers and early-stage startups.
Assist in managing client relationships, including contracting, administrative tasks, billing, and liaising between internal and external stakeholders.
Develop expertise in cryptocurrency markets and BitGo's range of services.
Manage client requests, issues, and initiatives across various teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years of client-facing experience
2+ years of experience in the crypto industry
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
Comprehensive understanding of the crypto ecosystem and market trends
Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to strategize based on data
Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

Existing relationships with coin foundations, token projects, and Venture Capital firms
Experience in startup environments
Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, or trading
