Marketing and Community Manager - Balkans

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media platforms, particularly Twitter, and will be adept at creating engaging content. Additionally, experience in managing Discord communities, a deep understanding of web3 technologies, and expertise in public sentiment management are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Twitter to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels, with a focus on Twitter.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, fostering a positive and active social media presence.
Manage and grow our Discord community, ensuring active participation and engagement.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
Monitor public sentiment and manage any potential social media crises, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, web3, and community management.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Identify and engage with key influencers and community members in the web3 space.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on Twitter and Discord.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of web3 technologies and the cryptocurrency landscape.
Experience in community management and engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Expertise in managing public sentiment and handling social media crises.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a web3 or blockchain-related company.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Create compelling, on-brand content that speaks to our different target audiences while adhering to a challenging regulatory landscape.
-Translate product value propositions and complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly, and compelling collateral, including blog posts, product & strategy explainer guides, and other types of content.
-Manage and optimize the company's social media profiles and presence, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
-Supplement written content with engaging and informative memes tailored to Twitter/X, aimed at driving brand awareness, user education, and customer engagement
-Collaborate with PR agencies and other teams to create content and uncover partnership opportunities.
-Work closely with our BD team and external partners to coordinate partnership announcements and campaigns that grow our awareness, audience and credibility.
-Track and analyze audience trends such as followers, engagement, and sentiment while providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, escalating issues and adjusting strategies as needed.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, best practices.
What We Look For In You:
1.5 - 2+ years of professional experience as a content strategist, content creator, content marketer, or similar function.
Strong interest and experience in cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology is required
Excellent storytelling skills and a passion for content development.
The ability to operate autonomously and with initiative
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and external partners.

Job Summary:
Research Analysts are pivotal to the Dewhales workflow, responsible for evaluating and reviewing projects, engaging with team members and the community, and supporting portfolio projects post-approval.
This position requires a blend of critical thinking, industry expertise, and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto landscape, token economics, strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a track record of producing detailed analysis of Web3 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Filter:
Work with associates to evaluate new projects during the internal filter stage, ensuring only high-potential projects are added to the dashboard.
2. Initial Assessment: 
Conduct a thorough initial analysis of projects added to the dashboard, focusing on their business model, market opportunity, financials, team, and technology.
3. Detailed Evaluation: 
Perform in-depth evaluations for projects that have received a 51%+ upvote rate.
4. Group engagement:
Actively engage with members in the group, providing insights and opinions on projects to foster engagement and collaboration.
Help explain project details and answer questions to ensure the team and members fully understands the project's potential and risks.
5. Post-Approval Support:
Draft articles and reports on concluded projects, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and future plans.
Collaborate with the portfolio advisor to support approved projects, ensuring they receive necessary resources and guidance for a successful go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the crypto industry, preferably in a researcher or analyst role.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Expertise analyzing and/or designing token economics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work with startups and guide them through growth stages.
Strong network within the crypto and blockchain community.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

负责大数据平台搭建，运维，管理，故障处理；
负责保障大数据平台的高效运转，稳定，安全，能给出集群升级和扩展等方案；
能对平台的各个组件，如hadoop, yarn，Kafka，flink，doris，mysql，pg等进行配置优化；
负责大数据任务上线和部署，熟悉任务执行常见问题，制定应急方案。
任职资格
本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,5年以上工作经验；
熟悉大数据平台,有大数据搭建和运维经验,有AWS EMR平台经验者优先；
熟悉Hadoop生态组件,了解底层原理，有配置调优经验，如Hadoop、Yarn，Flink、Kafka等； 4、了解数据分析型SQL语法, 有SQL优化经验者优先；
熟练掌握Msql,postgresql,Elasticsearch，doris等数据库的运维工作；
有良好的沟通能力，学习能力,书面表达能力,高度自驱。

Tasks
Your role is to articulate Acurast's message to the global audience by crafting a marketing message that adeptly speaks to the three primary stakeholders of Acurast: Processors, the entities fueling compute for the decentralized cloud; Consumers, the developers utilizing Acurast; and the Community.
Develop and implement impactful communication campaigns targeting diverse audiences to enhance brand awareness and bolster the company's reputation.
Create engaging materials to develop Acurast’s brand and unique persona across platforms like X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.
Work with technical experts and thought leaders on the team to develop insightful and topical longer form content like newsletters and articles.
Partner with the community and community design community programs to amplify content reach and impact i.e. Acurast Ambassador Program, Acurast Processor Bootstrapping Campaign.
Disseminate information about research, products, innovations, and ecosystem-wide updates to ensure global awareness.
Actively monitor media, social media, and community platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for support, and responding effectively to inquiries and issues as they emerge. Liaise with engineers and founders to accurately respond to technical questions and building up a personal knowledge pool.
Requirements
Proven expertise in crafting tangible marketing narratives and strategic plans for successful Web3 projects. Your experience includes effectively conveying the unique value propositions of Web3 initiatives through various channels, demonstrating a clear understanding of complex concepts.
Autonomy and Task Prioritization: As a self-driven professional, you excel in independently managing tasks, taking ownership, and prioritizing activities based on established goals. Your ability to deliver results within specified timelines showcases your autonomy and effective task prioritization.
Team Collaboration: While being autonomous, you bring strong collaboration skills to the table. You actively engage with colleagues, sharing knowledge, ideas, and insights to contribute to the team's overall success and advance Acurast's objectives. You are eager to collaborate engineers on making the technical details of Acurast palatable to developers.
Baseline Understanding of Protocols, Technology, and Crypto: Your solid foundation in protocols, technology, and cryptocurrencies provides a valuable baseline understanding. You demonstrate the agility to quickly upskill in response to new technical developments, staying current with industry advancements.
Fluency in English: Your proficiency in both verbal and written English enables you to communicate effectively and engage with a diverse array of stakeholders. This linguistic capability contributes to your success in conveying Acurast's message to a global audience.
Benefits
Remote, but you can join the team at our current offices in Zug. When remote, you’ll have to be within CET (+/- 3 hours). We are frequently going on (fully paid) team events like offsites, dinners, hackathons, ski-weekends and more.
We offer 5 weeks of yearly paid vacation, a competitive salary with a token incentive structure.
