Member of Global Operations, Strategic Initiatives Analyst

The successful candidate for the analyst position will play a vital role in supporting the Global Operations team in delivering regulatory and governance support for internal initiatives and external regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities and Growth Factors:
Technical Skills:
- Collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team to drive analysis and create essential materials informing key decisions.
- Utilize analytical and program management methods, planning, and governance frameworks, demonstrating continuous growth in knowledge.
- Apply research, written, analytical, and program management methods to bolster regulatory, strategic, and internal controls’ management efforts, shaping programs that enhance regulatory engagement, strategic planning, and internal controls.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Offer program management and materials support for strategic planning programs and ad hoc projects, conducting detailed due diligence for new regulated activities.
- Provide research, analytical, and program management assistance for committee reporting, leadership updates, and strategic projects.
- Work closely with Corporate Planning teams to define and implement relevant MIS reporting, aiding the oversight of the Head of Global Operations and C-Suite decision-making.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate with other Global Operations team members to understand interactions and identify additional support requirements.
- Aid in streamlining efficiency by identifying cross-functional overlaps and gaps to ensure optimal coverage.
- Remain informed about Anchorage Digital’s strategy, top company objectives, and ongoing efforts critical to successful implementation.
- Monitor the company’s objectives and trends that could impact its success.
Communication and Influence:
- Organize and lead meetings to drive engagement and alignment within the Global Operations team.
- Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate organizational updates and strategic messages to internal and Board-level audiences.
- Display clear communication in discussing work status and share information proactively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to team activities as a team player to cultivate productive working relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in advisory, strategy consulting, banking, or venture capital fields.
- Demonstrated experience in technical document writing, editing, or review within the regulatory or banking sector.
- Proven track record in supporting senior global organization members, coupled with a passion for enhancing efficiency via data-driven analysis.
- Strong written communication skills adaptable to various audiences' perspectives and seniority levels.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Appreciation for narratives like the soundtrack to Hamilton that highlight revolutionary financial systems.
