We are seeking a product marketer to bolster our Protocols department and Ventures segment, responsible for communicating and advocating the core protocol innovations and ecosystem investments in the market effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

• Translate protocol mechanics into comprehensible market-oriented messages
• Prepare high-quality materials like protocol overviews, technical white papers, and launch briefs

Protocol Messaging & Positioning:

• Craft a compelling narrative for protocol products
• Develop clear and distinctive positioning for diverse audiences

Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Lead GTM planning for protocol launches and ecosystem initiatives
• Tailor messaging for specific target audiences

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Serve as a market voice to guide Product and Engineering teams
• Influence roadmap decisions with client, partner, and ecosystem insights

Qualifications for the Role:

• Aptitude for producing content for an institutional audience
• In-depth understanding of the crypto landscape
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns collaboratively
• Exhibit curiosity for client and market insights
• Aspire to become well-versed in technical product features to influence differentiation

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with L1/L2 protocols, staking, settlement, governance, or interoperability
• Appreciation for the musical soundtrack of Hamilton, depicting the finance revolution
