Responsibilities:

- Oversee the distribution of video assets across various formats and languages for extensive campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Adapt and localize video content for distinct markets and platforms, particularly focusing on Chinese-speaking viewers.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and external partners to develop exceptional video content.

- Lead the development and enhancement of motion templates and style guides for English and Chinese video production.
- Mentor team members on motion graphics and video production processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of Motion Designer experience in a global corporation or creative agency, preferably with high-volume production requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, video advertising production, and brand storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate), Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro; AI motion design proficiency is a bonus.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
