Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and fellow designers to identify design opportunities aligning user and business needs for Binance Fiat and P2P products.
- Establish and optimize design processes for swift iteration and enhancement.
- Utilize design thinking techniques to create globally appealing, user-centric designs.
- Engage in design reviews, providing expert insights.
- Drive end-to-end initiatives, from opportunity identification to solution delivery in collaboration with engineering.
- Ensure a cohesive product experience by working closely with the broader design team.
- Conduct user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive solutions alongside product managers.
- Deliver detailed UI design solutions and collaborate with engineering to ensure product quality.
- Provide well-founded rationales for design decisions and effectively communicate your perspective.
