We’re looking for a person who is ready to help the whole agency to work better by handling operational tasks, developing internal processes, and supporting the top management team in their management routine
Our expectations

- Your English is fluent (both speaking and writing)
- You can dig up any operational problem and quickly solve it on your own or with minimal lead manager involvement
- Look into things is your first passion, design is the second
Tasks
- Embacy Infrastructure Management (Figma, Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Internal Spreadsheets, Reporting, Security Tools)
- The support for accountants and basic judicial activities
- Control of payments for tools, freelancers
- Support for HR leaders
- Solving unexpected tasks: if something is broken and needs to be fixed or nothing is broken and needs to be improved
