Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate accounting data, audit processes, and financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy for AI training purposes.
Review and interpret complex financial statements, reports, and office workflows to provide expert insights into best practices and process improvements.
Utilize software tools such as Access, Visio, Power BI, and MS Project to model, visualize, and communicate intricate accounting and audit scenarios.
Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback on data inputs, financial procedures, and office scenarios to facilitate effective AI learning.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary remote team to validate financial data, clarify audit standards, and support the development of robust training materials.
Identify gaps in data or processes and propose solutions to optimize both human and AI understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
Document detailed workflows, audit trails, and accounting methodologies for reference and knowledge sharing.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting and audit office functions.
Familiarity with tools such as Access, Visio, Power BI, and MS Project is nice to have.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and explain complex financial and audit processes.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment.

Digital Marketing Specialist (English & Spanish)

We are an emerging iGaming company focused on the Latin American market. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to help build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create, translate, and optimize marketing content in both English and Spanish.
Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, bonuses, tournaments, and special events.
Work with influencers, affiliates, and online communities to increase brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends within the iGaming industry.
Assist with CRM, email marketing, push notifications, and player retention campaigns.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing marketing materials.
Requirements
Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Experience managing social media communities and online engagement.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or related industries.
Experience working with affiliate marketers and influencers.
Knowledge of Latin American markets, particularly Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.

Design and implement circuits for merkle membership and signature aggregation
Optimize witness generation and prover memory usage
Build a distributed prover system with load balancing
Reduce proving time from 30s to <5s using GPU acceleration
Collaborate with researchers on new polynomial commitment schemes
Write performance benchmarks and regression tests
Deploy provers as microservices on Kubernetes
Maintain a devnet for testing with real transaction data
Contribute to open-source ZK libraries (e.g., gnark, arkworks)
