Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members including developers, product managers, customer support personnel, and partners to devise detailed automation test cases and deliver top-notch products.
• Take charge of preventing, analyzing, and monitoring product defects and issues, conducting root cause analyses of test script failures.
• Engage in manual investigation and replication of functional issues within backend software.
• Identify deficiencies in test scripts and provide solutions for additional scripted coverage.
• Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features, encompassing the definition of requirements, behaviors, and impacts.
• Document and formulate test scenarios for all aforementioned tasks.
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies, continually improve the team's testing processes, methodologies, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Possess 3-5 years of experience aligning with the aforementioned responsibilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software QA automation methodologies, backend testing, auto frameworks, and design processes.
• Sound knowledge of SQL, with hands-on coding/scripting abilities (Java proficiency preferred).
• Competent in conducting root cause analyses to identify and address underlying issues affecting software quality.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills enabling the ability to work independently.
• Attitude inclined towards problem-solving and a keen interest in identifying 'what' and 'why'.
• Adopt a user-centric approach with strong logical thinking skills.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Bonus points for prior expertise in blockchain technology and exchange-related domains, as well as experience in functional testing for web and mobile applications.
