Role Overview

• Operations/Project Management Responsibilities
• Assess internal and external requests, including ROI analysis.
• Supervise project requests from external partners (e.g. rebranding, token swap) and operational requests.
• Oversee project implementation, stakeholder management, and SOP compliance.
• Enhance processes to streamline request management and execution.
• Establish risk control systems and contribute to special projects.
• Lead new initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Support risk management and operations enhancement efforts.
• Assist with post-mortem assessments and relevant analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data querying with SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with tools like Dune analytics, Flipside, Nansen, etc.
• Strong interest in Web3 data, knowledge of different crypto sectors, and understanding of smart contracts.
• Exemplify humility and diligence aligned with company core values.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Effective team player and communicator.
• Skilled in data analysis, proficient in Google suite products.
• Intermediate knowledge of cryptocurrency.
