Key Responsibilities:
Circle seeks a seasoned Principal Product Marketing Manager for developing and overseeing Go-to-Market strategies for their range of developer tools and blockchain infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team dedicated to this vital product line. Your duties include:
- Being the expert on product features, competitive landscape, customer targeting, and developer platform narratives.
- Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to drive successful launches and ongoing growth initiatives.
- Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to explore new market prospects and aid in new product ideation.
- Coordinating with various functions to execute successful GTM strategies through comprehensive marketing, communication, and sales support materials.
Your Qualifications:
To excel at Circle, you bring:
- A solid background of 10+ years in Product Marketing or related fields with experience in B2B software or tech services.
- Profound knowledge in blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets.
- Proven experience in developing compelling product narratives, messages, and marketing collateral for technical products.
- Expertise in leading GTM strategies and working effectively in cross-functional setups.
- Self-driven, tech-savvy individual comfortable navigating complex tech landscapes and organizing intricacies seamlessly.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic work environments and bring structure to dynamic scenarios.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS.
Additional Details:
- This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
- Compensation is determined by relevant factors like experience, skills, and organizational needs.
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000; Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%.
- Apart from base salary, package includes Equity & Benefits, discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
