Responsibilities:

Circle is seeking a skilled Principal Product Marketing Manager to spearhead Go-to-Market efforts for the development tools and blockchain infrastructure within its platform. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this pivotal role is part of a proactive, results-driven team dedicated to advancing this critical product segment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on product features, market positioning, customer segmentation, and platform narrative for developers.
  • Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to drive Go-to-Market for both new product launches and ongoing growth initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to identify market opportunities, shape product definitions, and introduce new offerings.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market activations through various marketing, communication, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements:

  • Over a decade of demonstrated experience in Product Marketing or equivalent roles spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development, with a preference for B2B technology services expertise.
  • Profound understanding of blockchain technology, digital currency ecosystems, fintech, and capital markets.
  • Proven track record in developing compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing content tailored to highly technical products.
  • Ability to lead Go-to-Market strategies collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
  • Self-driven, demonstrating a penchant for in-depth tech exploration and adaptability in dynamic settings.
  • Thrive in unstructured environments, adept at bringing coherence to complex situations.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS.

Additional Details:

  • Eligible for immediate PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

  • Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000
  • Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
  • Added Benefits: Equity allocation (equity), inclusive of medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k). Circle adopts a flexible vacation policy, with 10 days of paid sick leave annually and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
