Key Responsibilities:

As a crucial team member, you will be responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, assisting Senior Managers in shaping product direction and priority, and overseeing end-to-end compliance protocols within the business. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with regulations, policies, and industry standards, promoting consistent adherence to compliance controls. Major responsibilities include:

  • Owning management and maintenance of product and development boards
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with compliance, legal, risk, engineering teams to drive shared vision and execution
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks across product lines
  • Conducting ongoing market and industry research to enhance products and support business needs
  • Demonstrating superior understanding of Copper's product suite to engage effectively with senior stakeholders

  • Previous experience in Product leadership and compliance roles within the financial services sector
