Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Managers and fellow designers to recognize and pursue design opportunities for Binance Fiat and P2P product aligning user and business needs.
• Establish and enhance design processes to back rapid iteration and improvement.
• Implement design thinking methods to craft globally appealing, user-friendly designs.
• Participate in design evaluations, providing expert insights and recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities, setting the vision, and collaborating with engineering for effective product delivery.
• Ensure a seamless product experience by working closely with the design team.
• Conduct user research and collaborate with product managers to drive solutions based on customer insights.
• Deliver intricate UI design solutions and work with engineering to ensure top-quality product outcomes.
• Formulate logical reasoning behind design choices and effectively express your standpoint.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI design experience with a strong grasp of typography, desktop/mobile UI, color theory, layout, and how these aspects influence product functionality.
• 3+ years of UX design background and the ability to define user experience based on user needs while considering scalability.
• User research experience is required.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Previous exposure to fast-paced environments with quick feedback and iteration cycles.
• Familiarity with Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Fiat/P2P product design.

Nice to have:

• Ideal educational background includes a degree in graphic design, HCI, visual arts, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setup, open to learning, and receiving constructive feedback.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for coordinating with overseas stakeholders.
