What You Will Be Doing
Product Development & Strategy: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features that enhance the trading experience on our platform. You will closely collaborate with engineering teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive the development of next-generation solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align product strategies. This includes interfacing with developers, community members, and business partners. Community
Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the Web3 developer community by participating in forums, events, and discussions. Your goal will be to stay ahead of emerging trends and user needs.
Analytics & Iteration: Use data-driven insights to continually refine product features, improving user experience and driving platform adoption.

Product Vision: Craft and communicate a visionary strategy for the future of NFTs. This includes exploring new user segments, trading forms, asset classes, and immersive experiences.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful execution of product initiatives, leading a team of designers and engineers towards ambitious outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Employ agile methodologies to enhance development processes and accelerate delivery timelines.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor movements, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
🔑 Skills and Qualities we look for;
- Significant Interest in digital collectibles and NFT marketplaces, including deep intuitions around crypto-native product thinking
- Design and UX/UI intuition
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of discussing technical details with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- A driven innovator with a passion for Web3 technologies and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.
- A strong eye for detail with the target of providing our users the best User experience across our multichain platform
- On chain experience in a previous product role focusing on marketplaces. Bonus points if you have experience with creating web3 loyalty programs
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options, Tokens and performance based variable part with an OTE ranging from 120k- $240k. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.

Founding Head of Engineering
NFT Lore Weaver/Character Architect (Web3 Storytelling Expert)
Responsibilities:
- Design dynamic NFTs with traits tied to DAO votes, token prices & player behavior
- Embed DeFi mechanics into character backstories (e.g., liquidity pools as "magic reservoirs")
- Collaborate with devs to implement ERC-6551 narrative systems
Requirements:
- Shipped 2+ NFT collections (>1 ETH volume) – share contract addresses
- Fluency in Web3 concepts (MEV, bonding curves, ERC-721A)
- Active in NFT communities (Discord roles as proof)
Rewards:

DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
Architect zero-downtime multichain ops (Arbitrum/BASE rollups, fraud-proof autoscaling)
Design self-healing node clusters that counter NFT minting DDoS attacks in <5ms
Embed on-chain circuit breakers to halt exploits before they drain $CORE liquidity
Turn Discord FUD storms into infra stress metrics via custom LLM pipelines
You’re a Fit If:
You’ve slashed gas costs by 30%+ in past DeFi/GameFi projects (prove it)
Your idea of “monitoring” includes MEV bot behavior and DAO vote latency

Base + % of rescued gas fees (paid in $CORE)

3D Motion Designer
Your Mission
Craft immersive animations that make blockchain interactions feel alive—trading, battling, and exploring across Chain Worlds
Design motion systems where NFT assets evolve based on ownership history, market value, and in-game achievements
Develop real-time procedural effects tied to on-chain data (gas fees, liquidity pools, DAO votes)
Collaborate with WebGL engineers to push Three.js to its limits, ensuring buttery performance across browsers and devices
Own the full motion pipeline—from concept to implementation—with zero corporate bureaucracy
What You Bring
A portfolio showcasing real-time 3D animations (games, interactive experiences, or Web3 projects)
Mastery of After Effects, Blender, or Maya + experience with game engines (Unity/Unreal) or WebGL frameworks
