Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement and management of the structured product line, devising innovative product strategies, such as Dual Investment and Discount Buy, with a focus on generating yields.
• Collaborate with Quant and Market Maker teams to establish product rules and yield structures that drive competitive pricing, trading volume, revenue growth, and Total Value Locked (TVL).
• Identify opportunities for convergence between the cryptocurrency and traditional finance realms, exploring areas like Real-World Assets (RWA), tokenized equities, and stablecoin yield products.
• Utilize data analysis to assess product performance and user behaviors, highlighting potential areas for growth and suggesting operational improvements.
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development (BD), Risk, and Legal teams to facilitate product adoption and implementation strategies.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in financial products, preferably with a background in structured products, options trading, or wealth management; exposure to Web3/crypto is beneficial.
• Display a comprehensive understanding of options fundamentals, crypto market dynamics, various yield sources, and arbitrage mechanisms.
• Exceptional skills in communication, coordination, project management, and the ability to see complex projects through to completion.
• Demonstrate user-centric thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, enabling the translation of user needs into actionable product features.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, with a working knowledge of English to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration and communication.
