Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about project management and excels in executing diverse product marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual responsible for leading impactful content initiatives for Flipster's core products. They will effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated campaigns and facilitate organizational change.
- Manage the end-to-end process of trader-focused initiatives, from planning to deployment, to enhance engagement along the trading journey.
- Develop and execute campaigns to expand market share among Flipster users.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics, ensuring goals are met and utilizing data insights to iterate on strategies.
- Translate customer insights into compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies for Flipster products.
- Work closely with the product team to create positioning strategies that set new products and services apart in the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer product marketing within tech or high-growth environments, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, specifically the crypto industry.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience in campaign planning, construction, and execution.
