As the Product Marketing Manager at Toku, your primary responsibilities will involve shaping our content strategy, establishing product positioning, and managing both inbound and outbound campaigns to establish our platform as the go-to compliance solution for crypto startups globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Mastery:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Toku's suite of products, including EOR, PEO, payroll, and token grant administration, emphasizing their pivotal role in resolving compliance hurdles faced by crypto enterprises.
- Develop precise and engaging messaging and positioning strategies tailored to our target audience.
- Content Development:
- Collaborate with the Toku leadership team to formulate and supervise the creation of high-quality content across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, whitepapers, reports, and newsletters.
- Translate intricate compliance concepts into engaging content that resonates with startup founders and crypto teams.
- Driving Inbound Growth:
- Initiate content-centric campaigns aimed at boosting inbound leads through initiatives like downloadable reports, webinars, and educational threads.
- Work closely with the sales team to produce impactful collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, and customer success stories.
- Enhancing Toku's Ecosystem Image:
- Engage with partners, media outlets, and event organizers to broaden Toku's visibility within the industry.
- Identify and leverage prospects for partnerships, sponsorships, and establishing thought leadership through activities like webinars and panel discussions.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of your content and campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize engagement, enhance lead generation, and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing within the realm of B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in devising content strategies and delivering top-notch materials that inform and captivate audiences.
- Genuine interest in crypto, compliance, stablecoins, and token ecosystems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills enabling the simplification of complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Track record of executing successful campaigns that led to business growth.
- Past experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
