Project Manager

Binance, a globally recognized blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, seeks a driven individual to join our fast-paced and mission-driven organization. As a project manager, you will utilize your prior experience in project planning, resource allocation, management presentations, and execution of growth initiatives to collaborate with cross-team stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects, planning project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and regularly updating stakeholders. All activities will align with the company's goals and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for Binance France to address operational changes required to meet regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
• Take ownership of overall project outcomes, collaborating closely with relevant business teams.
• Effectively manage stakeholders, providing them with regular project updates, strategy adjustments, and progress reports.
• Enhance or create new process frameworks to heighten business efficiency.
• Continuously monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments.
• Assess project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of proven work experience, preferably in project management or a tier 1 consultancy firm.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations in France and compliance. Prior knowledge of MICA is a strong plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the crypto industry, particularly in wallet and/or custody operations.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale projects, including resourcing, budgeting, timeline creation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to comprehend and translate regulatory requirements into effective product strategies and execution plans.
• Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills with experience in impact assessment, requirement analysis, strategy development, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of explaining complex regulatory concepts and challenges to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate a team and solve problems through effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
