Project Manager – 6 Months Contract

We are in search of a skilled project manager professional who can contribute to the expansion of our operations in Latin America. The role entails overseeing various projects, ensuring their alignment with business goals, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders within the region.

This position is a temporary 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects in the LATAM region in line with business objectives
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve obstacles
• Facilitate communication among regional teams, stakeholders, and global headquarters
• Provide status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Assist in resource planning and capacity management for projects
• Uphold project management best practices and methodologies
• Oversee vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO
• Background in Payment, Banking, or Fintech industries
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Familiarity with working in or with Latin American markets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Competence in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable working across various time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Portuguese (beneficial for operations in Brazil)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
• Experience with card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products
• Previous involvement in contract or consulting roles
