This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Management professional to join the Product and Delivery team at B2C2.

As part of this role, you will play a significant role in our company's growth strategy, collaborating with all departments to execute crucial business initiatives. The position will involve managing a variety of projects that span business and technology domains, with a focus on close coordination with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams. The company's size offers a unique chance to deliver prominent products, working across all facets of the business without the constraints often seen in larger organizations. We are seeking a motivated, proactive individual to join our team, reporting to the Head of Product and Delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for key strategic items, aligning with business and trading goals.
• Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to guide product decisions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to integrate regulatory and security best practices into operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business development and sales teams to improve client-facing products.
• Enhance execution infrastructure by driving automation and scalability, reducing latency and slippage.
• Implement analytics and monitoring tools to assess quality and performance.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Use data analysis to evaluate quality and optimize performance, drawing on trade analytics, P&L attribution, and market data.
• Establish and track KPIs.
• Follow project governance processes to monitor and track delivery items.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall technology architecture and roadmap.
• Demonstrate proactive problem identification and assertively develop plans to address risks and issues.
• Communicate project status aligned with key milestones to stakeholders and the broader organization.
• Proactively remove impediments by engaging with non-development teams (e.g., operations, sales, compliance).
• Efficiently deliver the final product to the market.
• Use collected metrics to evaluate the success of implemented changes and refine strategies further.
• Support continuous improvement within the product & delivery function.
• Mentor new or junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in product management of execution services.
• In-depth knowledge of execution algorithms, smart order routing (SOR), and liquidity aggregation across centralized exchanges and OTC desks.
• Experience working with FIX/WebSocket APIs, low-latency trading systems, and order management systems (OMS).
• Strong technical comprehension of trading, market structures, and exchange connectivity.
• Demonstrated data-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with quant teams, traders, developers, and external partners.
• Experience in agile environments, managing product roadmaps, and delivering iterative improvements.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in project lifecycle management.
• Experience in market making, trading infrastructure, FX, or crypto is advantageous.
