Job Overview:

As a Quality Control/Input-Output (QC/IO) Specialist, you will join a pioneering organization that is reshaping the future of filmmaking through generative AI technologies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Quality Control Supervisor, Production teams, and Input-Output teams. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the quality and delivery of localization and immersive video dubbing solutions for feature films, episodic series, and commercial content. This includes meticulous project reviews to ensure that deliverables meet technical standards, facilitating the secure and efficient transfer of assets across clients, partners, and the studio, while adhering to established workflows and specifications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing project deliverables for technical compliance and identifying any subjective errors.
  • Collaborating with Production Teams to align daily outputs with project timelines.
  • Upholding high standards of quality while prioritizing attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Ensuring secure and efficient asset transfers using designated pipelines and procedures.
  • Operating data transfer tools and asset databases effectively.
  • Executing Input-Output workflows through CLI operations.
  • Communicating openly with management and stakeholders to address issues promptly.
  • Adhering to TPN Protocols and maintaining security standards for file sharing.
  • Available for extended work hours and potential shift work as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Control and Input-Output roles within a post-production environment.
  • Proficiency in industry software like Nuke and Resolve.
  • Familiarity with TPN Protocols and secure file sharing practices.
  • Knowledge of CLI operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work early/late shifts.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to multitask effectively.

Salary:

$110,000 - $125,000 per year

About the Role
