Lead project management processes from inception to completion by delineating project scope, creating project briefs, outlining detailed project plans, conducting kickoff meetings, facilitating team stand-ups, and preventing scope expansion.
Proactively tackle team challenges and executive requirements by using project timelines and compiling data-driven project progress reports to uphold transparency and track progress towards goals.
Timely escalate risks to leadership and teams, offering mitigation plan alternatives to minimize project impact and support decision-making.
Manage relationships and mediate conflicts within project teams.
Conduct retrospectives to suggest continuous enhancements to the project management framework.
Act as a project management expert, training project team members on project management tools and best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of project-based experience in project manager or project coordinator position
Proficiency in using project management software like monday.com
Preferred Experience
Strong focus on relationships, preferably with event management expertise
Previous experience collaborating with product managers
