Joining The Protocol
As a Sales and Client Relations Manager, you'll play a vital role in steering growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to establish the firm as the go-to platform for on-chain credit. Your core responsibilities will include identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing borrowers and partners. Additionally, you'll collaborate on creating and executing marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate interest in on-chain decentralized credit. Lastly, you'll provide valuable market insights to the product team for enhancing the protocol continuously.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Implementation:
Formulate and execute a robust go-to-market strategy to identify, penetrate, and expand our presence in markets.
Enhance visibility of the protocol among lenders and borrowers through proposed marketing campaigns like attending conferences and events, forming partnerships, and media engagement.
Establish and supervise relationships with borrowers and partners, including handling the sourcing and onboarding process.
Secure significant deals and enlist key trading desks, market makers, and related entities onto our platform.
Client Relationship Development:
Cultivate and sustain strong ties with important counterparts in both the crypto and TradFi sectors.
Collect market feedback and product insights to fine-tune the platform to meet business requirements and innovate new products.
Elevate customer engagement by introducing new features to new and existing partners.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and client relationship management within a high-performing environment.
- Profound knowledge of fixed income markets and platforms such as Hidden Road, FalconX, Maple, and Clearpool.
- Familiarity with various stakeholders in borrowing and market-making realms.
- Proficiency in building enduring relationships with trading desks, market makers, and lender pools.
- Sales acumen, recognizing risks and opportunities in undercollateralized credit.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and adept at leveraging data-driven insights.
- Technical competence to elucidate and differentiate our DeFi protocol's offerings.
- Capable of executing basic tasks within the EVM ecosystem.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational proficiencies.
