Description
Coinhako is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about the crypto space to join their team as part of the Security Team. The company, founded in 2014, is a trusted digital asset wallet service provider and trading platform in the APAC market.
As a Security Engineer, your key responsibilities will include analyzing security alerts, investigating potential threats, implementing and maintaining security monitoring tools and SIEM systems, documenting incident response procedures, and staying updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will conduct internal and external penetration testing and collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a security engineering role, a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, and a strong understanding of incident response best practices. Experience with security monitoring tools and SIEM systems, proficiency in conducting penetration testing, and familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices are also required. Strong interest in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading is a must.
