Job Summary:

Copper serves as a digital asset technology company focused on assisting institutional investors in securely acquiring, trading, and storing crypto assets. Founded and guided by Dmitry Tokarev, an expert in software and financial engineering, the company offers a comprehensive range of custody, trading, and settlement solutions that minimize counterparty risk and enhance efficiency in digital asset markets. Central to Copper's offerings is its pioneering Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology, which ensures secure custody. Noteworthy is Copper's award-winning custody system, uniquely designed to link with centralized exchanges, DeFi applications, and staking pools while the assets remain within custody.

Designed on the foundation of this cutting-edge custody technology, ClearLoop™ represents the industry’s first solution addressing the increasing challenge of counterparty risk associated with exchanges. This solution supports a prime services offering that interconnects global exchanges, enabling clients to trade and settle directly from MPC-secured wallets. By significantly reducing settlement duration to mere milliseconds (regardless of blockchain network dynamics) and providing enhanced security measures, ClearLoop™ is revolutionizing how asset managers trade and handle capital.

Beyond holding top security certifications, Copper boasts one of the most robust insurance protections in the industry from an A+ rated insurer, establishing the company as the preferred partner for institutions seeking asset protection.
